My go to powder. I’ve used it in 44 Mag, 44 special, 45 Colt, 45 ACP, 480 Ruger, 475 Linebaugh, 500 WE and 500 JRH. 99% of the time my hunting loads use HS6.

Use it for 40S&W, 10mm Auto, 44Mag and 22 Hornet. A litte produces a good
amount of energy.

I shoot a lot of HS-6 in my 475L and 45 Colt mainly. I started using it with a couple of 44 mags and turns out to be very accurate there also. [any cast bullet from 240-270 gr with 11.8 gr HS-6 and a federal mag primer] The loads are mid range and very consistent.

Great intermediate power powder. My choice for 45 Colt and 250 XTP, 14-1/2 grains.
