Cases trimming in a Dillon 650? Login/Join

I'm looking into the prospect of setting up a 300BLK, from 5.56, case processing set up on my Dillon 650. Dillon's offering is their 1500 trimmer, carbide trim die and special tool head, with shipping almost $600. Add another $100 for the swage it to remove the primer pocket crimp and you'd have to process a metric ton of brass to see a return on investment! That said, I know there's other options out there but unfamiliar with just exactly what they are. If you're familiar with these other options, paaaalease enlighten me!

Hi Mike
Found these two videos. Doesn’t say if it chamfers inside/outside.

Found this
I use the Dillon. The Dillon is designed for processing quantity and does it well. It sizes & trims perfectly but leaves a slight burr on the case mouth OD & ID that needs a small break.

While searching found Honey Badger trimmer that uses a router as the motor! 2.2 HP sounds like Tim the Tool Man Binford case trimmer.

Thank for the info Jay. I found a unit that uses the router, used. That was the reason for my question to understand what all was available before I jumped in. After getting an education from the seller, I ended up buying it. Now the wait until it gets here...
