Bond Hooded Front Sight Login/Join

I'm looking at adding a hooded front sight this one https://www.eabco.net/Bond-Hoo...y-EABCO_p_15408.html will this work with a factory rear sight on a Contender max range that i will be shooting will be a 100 yards on a 10" 44 magnum barrel

Absolutely yes, front post is adjustable for both height and width.

Would it be a better front sight than the stock factory just looking for better sights for older eyes

Not sure what you mean by “better” but yes I think it would be because you can adjust the front post width making your light bars as big or small as you want them.
