 For those who might be interested. I've converted my target.pdf file to a jpeg so I could upload it here. Not sure how it will turn out as a jpeg, but my pdf file has the center square at 1" outside. This target is something I came up with using my computer back in the mid '90's on a database program I had at the time. That PC's harddrive crashed leaving me with only a hard copy master file. I later turned that in to a pdf file on my computer. It appears the converted jpeg has lost some resolution, so if you want the pdf version, let me know and I can send it to you via email.
