Hey all.
I know these are different times. But it is very strange to see so little talk about a shoot that is specifically designed and held for all of us that love these very unique weapons. Lisa and I are very excited about attending. We may or may not be coming from the furthest away ( California ) but lets get some chatter going.
We will be arriving Saturday before the shoot. Hoping to get some dogging in on Sunday as well as making sure our steel guns are still on point from the plane flight. Lisa will be shooting 6 Creedmoor for steel and her new Michael Able built. Emma Creek stocked rear grip 20 Vartarg for dogs.
I will be shooting my new Michael Able built 25 Saum for steel and also a 20 Vartarg built by Mike for dogs.
I would love to hear who all is attending this years event and what you will be shooting. Hoping it will be a great turnout.
See you soon. Derek >>>-------->

With the forum being very close to dead I believe the majority of the talk has been direct with Ernie or on other social media platforms.

Several people that go there don’t use this forum and some don’t use any social media.

Ernie states he had quite a few with reserved spots and only 2 cancelations due to the virus.

I think we have 25 folks coming for sure.
Depending on two adult father/son groups...would be their first time at WYSHOT, we could add four quickly, with several individuals I have not heard from yet.

We have room for last minute shooters. I still have loaner guns, but you need to get with me and we can talk about it. But if you don’t have a gun in time you can still come and shoot a gun that is competitive

Most people are staying at the Arbuckle Lodge in gillette I think.

Ernie would take the sign up fee in person the day of I’m sure. It’s $150 unless something changed.

If you bring 150 rounds you will have more than enough for the course.

Pdogs is all up to your wallet on the round count.

Ernie should chime in later.

280 AI is coming, and I have three more that are likely to come.
Will know about that in a day or two. Have two others that are about a 50/50.
I am happy.
There will be a porta-potty (like last year) as well.
Brux, Lilja, and Krieger have barrel certs with other barrel companies likely to join in. Redding is in as usual as well.
Plus, we will have one or two new companies joining in.
Several gunsmiths are participating as well.
It may not be as big of a prize table as in years before, but it will be good.
I am appreciative of everyone who has helped make things happen.

OK,
Is there a Sunday sight in day? Also are you going to PM us on what the address of the ranch is? Or how to get there? Any info for those of us coming from other area's would be helpful.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Oh man, we just moved to Cody a couple months ago and I really want to shoot this match. I’ll start planning for next year as I’ve sold my center fire long range pistols. I guess that gives me a year to build one! Hope you all have a blast and I’ll be looking forward to some pictures.
