What velocity can the Berger 210 VLD be driven to in an XP-100 with 18" barrel?

I'd say that's possible.
I pushed the 195's out of the 28 Nosler over 2800 fps. Obviously the 210 is heavier, but its also a larger bore.
Maybe someone with quickload could run some numbers for you?

I think I recall Aaron pushing a 230 Berger at 2800 FPS from an 18" bbl so it's possible I think to get similar from the 30 Nosler with 210 class bullets.

I can’t give you good information about the 18” barrel. I do have a rifle with a 28” barrel and shoot 212eld-x bullets with 73gr our 2728 to a very modest velocity of only 2850fps. The 30nosler is not much different than a 300win mag in case capacity and both produce about the same velocity with the same bullets and powder. I get 2965 with the 212eldx out of my 300win mag with a 28” barrel and h1000. So if you took off an average 30fps per inch you could expect around 2550 to 2665 fps with an 18” barrel and a 212 class bullet. By the way I am not loading the Nosler to max pressure but the win mag is close to it.
