Rampro rings question

I have a Rampro 6Br built by John Ilium. It currently has his integral 1" scope rings. I want to change over to a 30 mm scope. Can these rings be rebored to 30 mm from 1 inch, or does anyone make bases for this pistol? I would appreciate any input on this........
