Rebarreling an XP-100

I’ve got an old center grip XP in 221 fireball. I want to rebarrel it in 300 Blackout for a deer hunting gun. I’d just keep everything else stock. What’s the best way to do it without spending a fortune?

If you have seen some of the pictures that Chris (Hoggin) has posted lately of the XP's he has done? There would be no reason to go anywhere else and for $350 that's a great price!
