Anyone know what type of sight fits this xp?

No idea what type of sight that is.
How is it attached to the barrel?

I do have a globe front sight, that came off on a purchased gun, but it almost certainly won't fit that base.
I can upload some pics tonight if you think they would help.

The sight I have was screwed to the barrel, but I don't think it used the original sight holes .... hard to tell because the mounting was screwed up.

The sight itself is in pretty good condition.

This was a completely custom fabricated base and gun well above the quality of anything else going.

I misunderstood your second question.

I thought you were looking for a complete replacement base and sight .... not just a replacement sight.

I believe the sight I have is the complete "Bond Hooded Front Silhouette Sight by EABCO" unit.

Some gunsmith before my time made this.

Looks like a Redfield Olympic style base. They used them before BOMAR,Bond and KL were used. Looks a bit wrong for a Lyman.
