Anybody have any info on this gunsmith?

I am listing one of my XP's on auction and wanted to let potential buyers know something about the gunsmith.

I found this one review w/ a Google search. Summary: the client's rifle that was to be repaired had not been touched after waiting 7 mos. Maybe someone near Reading, PA has heard of him.

Verrrry interesting, mine must have been a decade long project.....
