Anyone planning a .338 Cal. XP build? Login/Join

Prior to being "Infected" with the "XP-100" disease from nmhunter , I had obtained a new .338 RCM rifle with dies , loaded ammo and brass. I never got around to using any of the stuff and moved into XP's instead. This caliber is very efficient in shorter barrels and the ballistic techs at Hornady tell me it should be more practical than the .325WSM in a 15" - 17" barrel. Because of the ammo / component shortage I stocked up on the brass and ammo so if any members think they have an interest in this caliber I can offer them a very good deal on components , dies etc. This is an awesome cartridge but it seems that it suffers from the same lack of promotion as the .338 Federal , another excellent cartridge. Please email me if you have any questions.

Sorry, not for sale, thought you were going to build. I was showing what I had built to give you a idea.

Michael DeLoach is doing the cerakote, and has also come up with a real cool way to do switch barrels on center-grips XP's.
Other barrel is a 7mm Dakota.
Eric Wallace did the machining
