28 nosler

Does anyone have a 28 nosler in a xp? If so how does it compare to a 7mm Dakota in 18" bbls? Inquiring minds would like to know!

I have two in the works right now.
Had a special reamer built with plenty of F.B. for the 195 gr. Bergers.
The 28 Nosler has about 9% more capacity than the Dakota.
As soon as hunting season finishes up, I'll get them put together

You will get to shoot it! I wouldn't have it any other way

I will have a 28 Nosler in a RIFLE in the next few months, and it will be set-up for the 195's as well.
Don't have any SP builds planned for the cartridge yet though.

Shot a antelope this year with a rifle basically part of a review on a custom rifle maker I will be published next year.
I will be doing more shooting with rifles because of writing for Eastmans hopefully we will also have more handgun hunting articles in there in the future too.
