Unbraked 6br xp - scope? Rifle or pistol?

I have a fairly heavy barrelled XP in 6BR to scope. Hadn't planned on putting a brake on (although I could) and was wanting opinions on rifle vs pistol scope. I have a couple of Burris XTP scopes of various powers on rifles and was thinking about using one on the XP. Whatdya think?

I have several 6BR and shoot them comfortably without a brake with rifle scopes. Slow twist and fast twist so I shoot 66gr and 107gr bullets.

I shoot a rifle scope on mine without a break and haven't had a problem.
