Savage super striker

I can buy a savage super striker locally for $400. Its the stainless thumbhole laminate stock model in 223 with a bushnell scope. Its in excellent condition. I think the price is good but wanted to check.
Also, does anyone know what the twist rate would be?
Ive already got a striker in 7-08 that is my most accurate SP but thinking a 223 would be just fun.
